After yesterday afternoon's root canal procedure (yes, it was my second in 2 weeks), Bob was on notice to keep dinner soft and mushy. He obliged in fine style - in addition to a delicious Mister Brisket Famous All Beef Hotdog and the coleslaw he made the day before (which softened a bit with salt and refrigeration), he used up some more of my mayonnaise in a delicious potato salad.

Bob added hard boiled Blue Eggs, dill leftover from the weekend's fish cookery, my mayo, salt and pepper. It was the perfect antidote to root canal!
