More Fun Playing with Thai Flavors at Bangkok Thai

Quick lunch/business meeting today at Bangkok Thai. Even though it was almost 2pm, I was sad to see it so empty - the food is so good!

I started off with the Thai Lemon Ice tea, which is like the Thai Ice Tea without the coconut milk and with lemon - it was sweet and delicious.

We decided to sample the "stir fry" portion of the menu. Jamie had the Pine Nut Stir Fry with Scallops:

Pine Nut Stir Fry with Ginger & Assorted Vegetables in Ginger Sauce

He pronounced it excellent. I opted for the Cashew Nut, with Tofu:

Cashew Nut Stir Fry with Pineapple, Mushrooms, Onion, Carrots, Bell Peppers, and Scallion

This was delicious - chunks of fresh, not canned, pineapple highlighted this tasty sauce, which had elements of fish sauce and sweet flavors, which the Tofu happily sopped up.

Another great meal at Bangkok Thai - come on and try it, Cleveland! Its good and fun!
